Twilight of the Gods
Feklyrre is seen as a metaphor for autumn. He is often depicted as a man in simple clothes in muted colours accompanied by a tiger, or sometimes as two tigers. He is associated with hunting, and life on the trail. Stories are told of hunters tracking prey only to find it dead with two tigers sitting in wait by the corpse, when the hunters approached the tigers got up and disappeared into the forest leaving the kill behind. Others tell of a simply dressed man who shares his camp with travellers. Though the man appears to be alone in his camp, the travellers say that when they view him out of the corners of their eyes their is a tiger at his feet.
